A User Agreement in which the Parties may enter into transactions where one party (a “Seller”) agrees to transfer securities or other assets in exchange for the transfer of funds by Buyer to another (a “Buyer”), with Buyer`s consent to transfer such securities to Seller on a date or upon request against Seller`s Transfer of Funds.
